Keith Bilous is a Canadian entrepreneur based in Canada — a media format creator and the founder of MiTL Studio.

Keith Bilous founded ICUC, one of the world's largest social media management companies. Under his leadership, ICUC grew to 400+ employees serving Fortune 500 clients including Coca-Cola, The Walt Disney Company, Netflix, Mastercard, and Toyota. The company was acquired for $50 million. Keith Bilous was named to Canada's Top 40 Under 40, recognizing his impact on the digital media industry.

In 2023, Keith Bilous created Mornings in the Lab (MiTL), a new live morning media format built on daily accountability, live audience participation, and real-time conversation. As creator, executive producer, and daily host, Keith Bilous designed the show's structure, production methodology, and philosophical framework from scratch. The show has produced over 2,250+ live episodes.

Keith Bilous is now building MiTL Studio: a live conversation + community studio that turns live broadcasts into engineered communities using AI-powered systems and human-led production — including the MiTL Network (a community of live show hosts) and ConversationOS (software for conversation-driven media).
